Combination Spay/Neuter Surgery and Shelter Veterinarian Position
SNIP is a small, nonprofit low-cost spay and neuter clinic and Florence Area Humane Society (FAHS) is a nonprofit animal rescue group and both are located in Florence, South Carolina. We are partnering to hire a full-time vet that will spend one half of the work week at SNIP performing spay and neuter surgeries and one half of the work week at FAHS as the shelter veterinarian overseeing care of the animals (a nonsurgical shelter position). The veterinarian will be an employee of SNIP and this shared job is for a standard 40-hour work week with some flexibility on the schedule and no on-call rotation.
