Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor in Primary Care
The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, Texas A&M University invites applications for a non-tenure Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor in small animal primary care services. The applicant must hold a DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Texas. The Primary Care Service is a mandatory 4-week rotation in wellness, general, and preventive care. This includes medicine, basic dentistry, and surgery with the goal of exposing senior veterinary students to a high-quality general practice environment. The majority of the caseload is canine and feline, but interest or board certification in companion animal exotic medicine will be considered.
