We are looking for a veterinarian for 27-30 hours per week with a competitive compensation & sign-on bonus.  We will also offer a surgical mentorship for new graduates.

Our clients choose LPWC because we actively work to ensure they have a great experience.  In addition to offering excellent conventional diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, we also provide integrative and alternative options for their pets--we never say "there's nothing else we can do."  We support our clients with compassion and empower them with education.

We are looking for a highly ethical practitioner who is looking for a place to grow your skills and possibly branch out into alternative therapies to help your patients.  Applicants should have the following:

  • currently or eligible to be licensed in the state of Ohio, and USDA accredited.
  • DEA licensed if writing scripts for controlled drugs.
  • interested in the propagation of legally accepted Integrative Medicine with an accreditation of some modality by end of the first year of employment.
  • knowledgeable about Standard Process Products and laser therapy within 6 months.
  • desire to become part of our Management Team.
  • willing to promote LPWC with social media submissions on positive cases or other content that would appeal to our clients.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Sign on bonus of $3000. $1500 after starting, $1500 after starting of second year. Leaving prior to end of second year, final $1500 is to reimbursed back to LPWC. Coverage on practice malpractice insurance ($1M/$3M). Benefits for full-time employees once consistently working for over 30 hours weekly. $2000.00 aggregate reimbursement for approved continuing education, licensure. 7 days vacation, paid by the base salary if under any concurrent production. Surgical mentorship for 3 months if desired/needed.
