We are seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our multi-doctor, multi-site, small animal practice. Experience is preferred but we will also give consideration to highly qualified new graduates/interns. Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient case management, surgery, imaging (radiology and ultrasound) and interpretation. With seven doctors and experience ranging from 5 to 35 years we offer a supportive culture to those newer to the profession. Continuing personal and professional development is a priority. We also have two full service satellite clinics located in Newport (Newport Animal Clinic) and Jamestown (Jamestown Animal Clinic) offering a quieter environment for nearer residents. All sites are fully equipped and computer-linked with real time record updating. Our doctor staff is enthusiastic and excels at teamwork and client communication. The practice is also affiliated with an internist (cardiology). We have a dedicated technical and support staff of 45 who are well trained and motivated. Together we offer thorough, sound medicine including dentistry and oral health, chemotherapy, orthopedics (TTA), canine reproduction and emergency services.
