Enjoy Practice, with "Compassion Fatigue Preventive Measures", as a Small Animal Team Leader in Your "Work Family"
Would you like to work in a practice that actively seeks to prevent compassion fatigue for all staff?
Are you tired of working 12-14+ hour shifts, with little energy for personal life on your days off?
Are you interested in having work-life balance, whole developing more skills and tools to diagnose and treat challenging cases effectively?
If you are an experienced veterinarian, YOU can breathe new life into your career, with our generous career expansion opportunities.
AND for less experienced DVMs, YOU can find the mentoring you are looking for.
Here's what some of our staff have to say about working here:
"I appreciate how our team really works hard to support one another. I also am grateful for the opportunities they provided for me to gain AVCA certification, including paying for the course and allowing me to schedule course time without losing my vacation days. Additionally, when my child was a toddler, our owner and the management team facilitated creating a schedule which allowed me to work, while raising a child with special needs." - Dr. Annette A, Staff Veterinarian, Associate since 2002
"I appreciate the generosity of our owner, Dr. Maro, and the way she makes us feel secure and supported in our jobs. Regardless of economic trends, she has always assured we maintain full employment and benefits. And the practice has provided me the opportunity to grow and learn skills which I would never have learned elsewhere, including CT diagnostics."-Megan M, LVT, with the practice since 2007
